This site will be about how the renovations to our home progress. Parts of the house are about 500 years old, it last received major renovations at the turn of the 20th Century, and hasn't had much done to it since. It is the house I was born in and spent the first 20 years of my life there, I moved out for about 23 years after going to university, but returned in 2014 to what was my grandfathers part of the house, with my wife and our two dogs. We both love living here, as do the dogs, it's quiet, there's plenty of room for the dogs to run about, lots of opportunities for me to practice my photography and get out and about. If I could muster the energy, then I'd get back on my bike as well.
