Having completed the doors, I set about stripping the door frames. You may be wondering why there is a large black oblong in the middle of the image, well it's simply to hide the door so you can see how much door frame there is. It took me three days to finally finish stripping the door frame, now that doesn't mean I was doing this for 8 hours a day for 3 days, first day I didn't start until I'd finished mowing the lawn, so only got 3 hours of paint stripping in, the next day I only stripped paint for a couple of hours, before changing tack and stripping the dogs of their hair, though rather than use a heat gun, which would have been a little cruel, I used hair clippers. It was only really bank holiday Monday when I spent around 5 - 6 hours stripping paint, but at least I finished the whole door frame, now only have the window, fireplace and skirting boards to do.

This is simply the inside of the door frame, nothing much to say, slightly less fiddly than the other side of the door frame, just because there was less of it.
